About Us
The International Association of Youth Hypnotists [IAYH] (Formerly known as ‘The International Association for Teenage Hypnotists[IATH]‘) was co-founded by Leo Gopal and Nathan Thomas on September 21, 2008.
Initially debuting as the IATH it was later transformed into the IAYH on September 23, 2010 for a few reasons:
- The Majority of IATH’s member’s were growing up (including the founders) and soon will no longer be teenagers.
- The IAYH, emphasis on ‘youth’, was born to be for all ages as the IAYH does not define youth to be of a specific age group but more of the mindset of “young at heart”.
The International Association for Youth Hypnotists was created with the purpose of providing a standard of high quality lessons and material of hypnosis to persons of all age groups with no age restriction, this is our mission and objectives:
The Mission and Objectives of the IAYH:
- To increase the standard, quality, reliability, efficiency, effectiveness, skills, education, standard of ethics of hypnotism, hypnosis and hypnotists worldwide of all ages.
- To offer quality, valuable and outcomes orientated courses, lessons, tutorials and other similar and related resources worldwide to all ages.
- To eliminate the myths and misconceptions related to hypnotism, hypnosis and hypnotists which are prominent mainstream and to establish hypnotism and professions related to hypnotism in a respectable light.
- To Provide and make Hypnosis Resources, courses, lessons, tutorials certifications and other related resources easily available and accessible worldwide to all persons, races and age groups.
- To promote and encourage youth education and development in the world of hypnotism, to help improve and enhance the lives of the youth and ensuring the proud future and long life of hypnotism throughout the world.
