The Hypnosis Hand to Face Instant Induction is a very interesting and flexible induction which as effective as it is easy to use. Flexible in the sense that it can be used as an impromptu induction as well as an expected induction, as an instant induction and as a rapid induction too.The below is a video demonstration of the Hand to Face induction as an impromptu induction, instant, expected and rapid as well as a student using it just to show how simple it is to learn.
As I mentioned above this induction is really simple to perform, and I am sure you will be able to do it simply from watching this video, though I will give you some helping steps to performing this induction.
I will give you the steps I take for performing the impromptu versions and you can easily adapt that to suit however you wish to use it.
The Handshake Version:
Move forward with your hand out as if to shake your subjects hand as they put their hand towards yours slightly drop your shaking hand and grab their wrists with the forefinger and thumb of your other hand quickly moving it up and palms facing their face just in front of their eyes, with your other hand point to that hand of theirs asking them to look at it, paying attention to that hand, use the power of association and ask them to notice how, as you bring that hand closer to their face their eyes begin to defocus and it becomes harder to keep their eyelids open, so much so that the moment that hand touches their face their eyes WILL close and they WILL enter a wonder state of hypnosis, and slowly let that happen and follow up by moving into some of the deepeners you are comfortable using. all other versions will be the same minus the handshake, and you will inform them about what you plan on doing.

simply marvellous !
Hello,
I’m a 14 year old boy who is very interested in hypnosis.
My target in this is to help people by using hypnosis on them. Like stopping bad habbits.
But I’m not sure if I could use this since I’m only 14 years old, and does this carry any dangerous situations with it for the people I’m trying to hypnotize?
I was thinking of hypnotizing my friend, but I’m not sure if I should do this. Especially because he is 14 aswell.
Greetings.
Hi Marco,
Great to see your interest.
Please take a look at the guide (link at the top of the page in the menu) that will assist you with all questions regarding safety.
Also use the forum menu and join the forum, there are many people your age learning hypnosis here for similar reasons. Feel at home and welcome to the IAYH. Eternal Smiles,
